XL Roof Replacement with OC Driftwood Shingles Slidell

Scope of Work

The Heim residence in Slidell needed a full roof replacement across a substantial roof area. XL-sized job that required careful staging. Strip everything down to the deck, inspect and repair where needed, then rebuild the whole system.

Methods & Materials

Owens Corning Driftwood architectural shingles across the whole roof, chosen for warm blended tones that read well against the range of home styles common in the greater New Orleans area. High-performance synthetic underlayment across the full deck before the shingles went on. Ventilation components were reviewed and updated where needed so the roof breathes properly over its lifespan. Project Details

Driftwood is part of the OC Duration series. Class A fire rating, strong wind resistance for the Gulf South, and a dimensional profile that gives the roof a layered natural-wood look. All install followed manufacturer spec for full warranty on both materials and workmanship. XL-scale project that came together cleanly ridge to eave.
